1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern your subscription to EnvyMe, an AI-powered photo generation app operated by ABI SERVICES LTD.

These Subscription Terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Required
EnvyMe is a paid subscription service. An active subscription is required to:
- Generate AI-powered composite images
- Access all luxury scene templates
- Download images without watermarks
- Use all app features
There is no free tier or free generation allowance.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:

Best Value: The Annual plan offers the greatest savings at approximately 92% off the standard weekly rate ($9.99/week).
Intro Offer: The Weekly (Trial) plan includes an introductory offer of $7.99 for the first week, then $9.99/week. This is the only plan with an intro offer.
3.1 Price Changes
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they affect your subscription.
3.2 Currency
All prices are displayed in USD. Your actual charge may vary based on your local currency and exchange rates applied by your payment provider.
4. Billing and Payment
4.1 Payment Processing
All subscriptions are processed through:
- iOS: Apple App Store (managed by Apple Inc.)
- Android: Google Play Store (managed by Google LLC)
We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.
4.2 Billing Timing
- Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase
- You will be charged at the time of purchase
- Subsequent charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
4.3 Payment Method
Your subscription is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID or Google account.
5. Auto-Renewal
5.1 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
- Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days
5.2 Renewal Charge
The renewal charge equals your current subscription rate, unless we have notified you of a price change in advance.
5.3 Renewal Confirmation
You will receive a receipt from Apple or Google for each renewal charge.
6. Free Trial
6.1 Intro Offer Availability
A $7.99 introductory first week is available only with the Weekly (Trial) subscription plan. The Annual plan ($39.99/year) and the standard Weekly plan ($9.99/week) do not include an intro offer.
6.2 Intro Offer Eligibility
Introductory offers are available to new users who have not previously subscribed to EnvyMe.
6.3 Intro Offer Terms
When you select the Weekly (Trial) plan:
- You pay $7.99 for the first week
- After the first week, your subscription automatically continues at $9.99/week
- You must provide payment information to start
6.4 Trial Cancellation
To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expiration to ensure you are not charged.
7. Cancellation
7.1 How to Cancel
Subscriptions must be canceled through your device's app store:
iOS (Apple):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap "EnvyMe"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"

- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap "EnvyMe"

7.2 Cancellation Timing
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next period.
7.3 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the period ends
- After the period ends, you will no longer have access to premium features
- Your account remains active, but in a limited state
7.4 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel your subscription if:
- You violate our Terms of Service
- Your payment method fails and cannot be resolved
- We discontinue the Service (with pro-rated refund for unused time)
8. Refunds
8.1 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription fees already paid
- Unused portions of subscription periods
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
8.2 Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be directed to the platform where you made the purchase:
Apple App Store:

- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the EnvyMe purchase
- Select "Request a Refund"
Google Play:
- Visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
- Follow the instructions for your region
8.3 Refund Eligibility
Apple and Google make refund decisions according to their respective policies. We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
8.4 Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Service unavailability for extended periods
- Billing errors
- Technical issues preventing service use

9. Plan Changes
9.1 Upgrading
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time:
- The new plan takes effect immediately
- You will be charged the difference (pro-rated) for the current period
- Future billing will be at the new plan rate
9.2 Downgrading
You may downgrade your subscription:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
- You retain your current plan benefits until the period ends
- No refund is provided for the difference
9.3 Switching Plans
To change plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan when your current period ends.
10. Account and Access
10.1 Account Requirement
An EnvyMe account is required to maintain a subscription. Your subscription is tied to your account.
10.2 Device Access
Your subscription allows access on devices associated with your Apple ID or Google account, subject to platform limitations.
10.3 No Sharing
Your subscription is for your personal use only. Account sharing violates our Terms of Service and may result in termination.
11. Subscription Features
11.1 Included Features
All subscription plans include:
- Unlimited AI image generations
- Access to all available scenes
- High-resolution image downloads
- Full app functionality
11.2 Feature Changes
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will notify you of significant changes that materially affect the service.
11.3 Fair Use
While we offer "unlimited" generations, we reserve the right to implement fair use limits to prevent abuse. Typical usage patterns are not affected.
12. Promotional Offers
12.1 Promotions
We may offer promotional pricing or discounts at our discretion.
12.2 Promotional Terms
- Promotions are available to eligible users only
- One promotion per user unless otherwise specified
- Promotions cannot be combined
- After promotional period ends, standard pricing applies
12.3 No Retroactive Adjustments
We do not provide refunds or credits if a promotion becomes available after your purchase.
13. Taxes
Subscription prices may be subject to applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) based on your location. Any applicable taxes will be added to your subscription price and displayed before purchase.
14. Communication
14.1 Subscription Notifications
By subscribing, you consent to receive transactional communications about:
- Payment confirmations
- Renewal reminders
- Subscription changes
- Important service updates
14.2 Marketing Communications
Marketing communications are optional and require separate consent. You can opt out at any time.
15. Disputes

- First, check your purchase history in App Store or Google Play

- If unresolved, contact Apple or Google support
15.2 Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged without authorization, contact Apple or Google immediately to dispute the charge.
16. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated terms in the App
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Email notification (for significant changes)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
